Regular Cleaning

What it is

A maintenance cleaning service for homes that are already in normal living condition and need regular upkeep.

Usually includes
  • Dusting accessible surfaces
  • Vacuuming floors and rugs

  • Cleaning kitchen surfaces and exterior of appliances
  • Cleaning sink, hob and worktops
  • Cleaning bathrooms and toilets
  • Wiping mirrors

What it is

A more detailed and intensive cleaning service for homes that need extra attention beyond regular maintenance.

  • Detailed cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms
  • Inside microwave
  • Inside oven
  • Inside fridge
  • Outside and, if agreed, inside some appliances
  • Skirting boards
  • Doors and door frames
  • Light switches and handles
  • More detailed dusting of reachable areas
  • Removal of built-up dirt in neglected areas
  • Extra attention to corners, edges and hard-to-reach visible areas

End of Tenancy Cleaning

What it is

A thorough move-out cleaning service carried out when a tenant is leaving the property and it needs to be ready for inspection or for the next tenant.

Usually includes
  • Full cleaning of all rooms
  • Kitchen deep clean
  • Bathroom deep clean
  • Inside cupboards, drawers and wardrobes
  • Inside fridge/freezer if empty and switched off in advance
  • Inside oven if included in the service
  • Internal windows and window sills
  • Skirting boards, doors and frames
  • Vacuuming and mopping throughout
  • Removing dust, marks and general build-up

Yes. We ask clients to provide the cleaning products. We use a recommended product list based on what works best for each type of cleaning, so the results are more consistent and effective.

No. Many clients arrange access in advance, either by leaving a key, coordinating with the concierge, or agreeing the best way for us to enter the property.

This depends on the size and condition of the property. We work as a team of two cleaners, which means the time on-site is often reduced because the work is shared. For example, a service charged as 4 hours may be completed in around 2 hours with two cleaners working together. The total price is still based on the full number of cleaning hours booked. For Regular Cleaning, 4 hours total would be £80.

Of course — life happens. We simply ask for at least 24 hours' notice where possible so we can reorganise our schedule. Just drop us a message on WhatsApp.
